Hey Chuck Birthday Card

This fun card was created using the Hey Chuck Bundle and the cloud border die from the 2023-20024 annual catalog. It was a lot of fun choosing between the four rooster characters and adding color with Stampin' Blends. The Hills of Tuscany stamp set from the 2024 Mini Catalog gave me a quick solution to create the grass under the fence.
